In addition to providing a full scope of architectural services, an inspection service, often referred to as snagging, is now being provided for residential properties irrespective of whether we have undertaken design work.

The importance of professional inspection is to ensure that the quality of construction and finish is deemed suitable for the client. Not just for new-build constructions, but also for older properties which may need a list of remedial works to be handed to a builder.

 

The process involves an internal and external visual inspection of the property in order to build a concise list of defects, or snags, which can be handed directly to builders or developers to rectify.
